Summary of problem: Programmed Branson three dimensional robot to automate labour intensive passivation cycle in cleanroom conditions.

Researched the Branson TDR and compiled the relevant documents

Performed troubleshooting activities relating to initializing and programming robot, including dry and test running the system

Drafted work instructions clearly describing how select and activate the programmed cycles
Outcome:

Successfully programmed the TRD to perform nitric acid passivation cycles for both stainless steel and titanium parts
-
Reduced operator intervention to allow technicians to perform other tasks during the two hour passivation cycle
